Thanksgiving

“Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity… it makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.” ―Melody Beattie

I had a harder time creating this post than I thought that I would.  I have had an incredible year and have a ton of things to be thankful for.  When there are so many that have so little, it’s not easy to write about what you have.  I think that the quote above encompasses much of what I’m feeling.

On this special day, I wish you the joy and love of your family.  I wish you a warm and peaceful place to lay your head tonight.  Most of all, I wish you the simple gift of gratitude.  It’s a gift that transforms lives.

Happy Thanksgiving, all.

Thank you for joining me on this journey! Penny ❤
