#NaPoWriMo Day 6-Empty Spaces

those places 
in my heart  

the empty
spaces

I look beyond 
the clutter 
of today 

sifting 
yesterday's dreams 

those never quite  
formed 

looking to make 
solid 
what was 
but mist
