#NaPoWriMo – The Weekend

My participation in the #NaPoWrMo (National Poetry Writer’s Month) has been out of step with everyone else. I did the Sneak Peek prompt, thinking that participation would begin the following day, the 1st day of April. But it did not, it started That Day, April 30th. This put my whole way of posting off.

I usually do my writing and then plan on posting it the next day. I write when I can. If I have 20 minutes of downtime at work, that’s when I’ll write. If it’s at 9pm, after my day is done, That’s when I write. I rarely write and post what I write on the same day. Today will be an exception.

I will more than likely participate very little or not at all in NaPoWriMo on the weekends.

If you are interested in participating in NaPoWriMo, go HERE to check out the information. Have fun!

  1. I have decided not to push myself too much Penny…sometimes the prompts are hard and I don’t quite get them. Good luck to you, I’ll be following along!
