  1. Instead of running away from fear we should run towards it. What we we find is that for the most part that the fear was a creation of the mind that disappears we move through it πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

  2. Once the decision has been taken to stand and face your fear, you might as well make up your mind to try and enjoy the experience as much as you can! I have personally felt that this has helped me in dealing with my fear of socialising with people at times.
