Puzzle Pieces

My puzzle pieces 
                                                          
I've carefully 
numbered them                                                   

Each                                                                                  
a part of me                                                                    

I see them                                                                          
cast aside

carelessly
heartlessly

Fitting them
together
in your absence

inconceivable.
