Give in to the Darkness

Give in
to the darkness

let it spill out
bleeding
upon the page

Let the darkness
soak into the paper
as it leaves you

Leaves
your heart
your soul

Use the pages

release
the darkness within

Give in to it

Write what
haunts you
scares you

Let those feelings
go
where they may

untethered
unrestrained

get it out

Then let it go
