Thanks for posting this, Penny! It’s very uplifting.
I’ve always loved Tom Bodett. I discovered him (as most people did) from his Motel 6 commercials. Later, I read a book he wrote called, “The Big Garage on Clear Shot” and really enjoyed it. He has a very distinctive “writing voice” as well as his actual voice.
