    All of those therapist people are right. Writing down all the anger and pain does help to remove some of it from your heart and soul!

  5. That’s quite inspiring. Reminds me of Dumbledore’s saying ‘Happiness can be found even in the darkest times if one only remembers to turn on the light’.
