Help Me Help Them-Mental Health Awareness Week

Who knew?  I had no idea that it was Mental Health Awareness Week until I was browsing thru my Reader feed earlier today.  I recently added a new page to my blog. The Page is called Depression and Mental Health Help.  Here, I’ve listed contact information for those struggling with Depression and other Mental Health issues and where help can be found.  If you have important contact information that is not listed on this page and you would like for it to be added, please either send me an email thru my Contact Page or leave the information in the Comments below.  I will do my best to get the added information on the page as soon as I can.

As always, thank you for joining me on this journey. ❤ Penny
