Can you see beyond
the layers

Exposing
me

Dare you
cross those lines
never before
bridged

Day by day
building faith

Will your
devotion
remain true

Will you
traverse the abyss
I use
to keep the world
at bay

Or will I fall
once again
into the chasm
of darkness

Can you see beyond
the layers
