Re Runs

Maybe you’ve noticed (and maybe you haven’t) that I have been reblogging some of my older pieces.

When I started blogging, I think it was in 2012.  Possibly earlier.  That blog ended up being deleted.  I know…  Horrors!!  I had a Stalker situation on my hands and that was the only way to rid myself of him.

This blog, I believe I started in 2014.  But it was a half-hearted effort.  I never posted very much.  I have learned SO much since that time.  I’ve learned about blogging, WordPress and it’s community and also about writing.  My writing style has changed immensely since my humble beginnings here.

Looking back on those early posts, there are many (and I mean MANY) that were cringe-worthy!  (blush!)  But writing is a learning process, right?  The more you write, the better you get.

Among those early posts are a few select ones that I think are worthy of re-examination.  So I am going to be reblogging some of those early works.  Those of you that have not followed me for THAT long will see these “new-to-you” pieces and I’m going to bet that you learn a bit more about me along the way.

For those of you that HAVE followed me since Way Back When, well, you’re just going to have to deal with a few reruns.  🙂

Something else that I am looking at, is re-working some of my early pieces.  I’ve seen other bloggers do this with great success.  I look back on some pieces and think that I could have improved them if I would have just taken a little more time with them or taken a second look.  I’m sure you do the same thing.  You will see these pieces in the near future as well.
