Fact or Fiction?

I had a Dear friend express concern over a previous post.  Fear not, my Dear, Sweet friends.  I am Just Fine and my world is just as it should be. 🙂

I’m quite happy with my life.  I wake up each day Ready to start the day and I look forward to what lay ahead.

A Large part of my positive attitude has to do with my writing.  I’ve embraced it like I never have before.  I Want to write.  I Need to write!  I get that itch that draws me to the keyboard just about every day.

What you see here on my blog, if you’ve followed me for any length of time, is quite random.  My blog doesn’t have a Theme.  I write short stories, poetry and about my life.  In other words, whatever pops into my pointed little head.  🙂

The stories I share with you here about my life are true.  The short stories and poetry may be Inspired by true events.  But that does not mean that what you are reading is true.  It may be a work of fiction.

Which is which?

If I made you feel emotions over a poem I wrote, whether that poem is true or not, I think I’ve done my job!  That’s quite a compliment!  Thank you and thank you for visiting!

All is well in the land of Penny Wilson Writes!  Now I think it’s time to look for a Christmas movie!

How are you spending this glorious December day?

    1. I went with one called Noel. It’s older but I had not seen it. About 1/2 way through, I almost turned it off, thinking that it was going to be sad. But I’m glad I didn’t. It ended up being a very sweet and touching movie.
      Merry Ho Ho Michael! 🙂

  1. If I read back my post, I can understand why some people think I might be feeling down 😬
It’s not really true though. I just share my experiences which might seem more dramatic at that moment.

December is for me the month to re-watch all the Harry Potter films 😀

  2. Sometimes it is difficult for people to know fact from fiction on a blog. For some writers, every word is drenched in the emotions of their current lives. For others, they can dredge up old feelings to create new works that ring true but are 100% fiction. I wasn’t worried, but I am glad that all is well in Penny Wilson land 🙂
