Lapse In Judgement

Not forbidden fruit, but a mistake all the same.

Such sweet fruit, yet costly pain.

Are you a lapse in judgement?

If my thoughts linger…

Are you a bad decision?

Or a taste for my hunger…

  1. This is a great example of leaving the people wanting more. I want to know what that hunger is and where it came from. I want to know the final decision on whether it was a mistake or not. I think this is a mark of quality writing. You read and you are filled with questions and that makes you think more about things in your own life. Well done! ❤️
