Writing And Amazement

One of the amazing things about writing is when the writer sees something emerge, possibly something wonderful, that surprises even it’s creator.

  1. I was clearing out old books last month and came across a pile of old writing notebooks, some went all the way back to twenty years ago. At the times I feel like I’ve sucked my creativity dry, it’s good to remember and look back on those old words, that I don’t even remember writing, and know that there have been places for my words to go for all this time. Beautifully simple post, very powerful. Thanks.
