It’s strange how eerily quiet it got when I asked for volunteers to help me move.

Above is a picture of SOME of my stuff.  I have boxes EVERYWHERE!  Under the bed, behind the couch, in the closet, on and on and on…

When I came to Texas 3 short years ago, I had very little.  I left all my furniture behind.  I brought just the essentials and my most treasured keep-sakes.  And my cat, Otis.

 Otis 2

I moved from a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home into a one bedroom apartment.

Now, considering all of this, WHERE DID ALL THIS STUFF COME FROM?

I honestly didn’t think I had much as far as possessions go.  Apparently I was wrong.

I think that the move from Oregon was easier.  Either that or I forgot what a giant pain in the butt it is to move!

You may not hear much from me in the next few days.  Thursday is the Big Day for me!  Wish  me luck!

By the way, if anyone of you shows up to help, I promise pizza and the beverage of your choice!  🙂

BTW, I think the stuff multiplies while you sleep. At least that’s what I try to convince my husband!!!! LOL

I hope your friends come and help you, pizza or not!

    God bless,

With what we’ve accumulated in the home we are in now, I will never move again! My children will have to deal with it! BA HA HA HA! Well, they could make some money by posting a lot of it on eBay, but I know my daughter isn’t that patient and she doesn’t realize the value of some of the items I have. Some are antiques and don’t look it. I just finally have a place to display the items I had been collecting for my husband who is a Firefighter/paramedic and I have the complete collection. Things like that can fetch a dollar or two than to donate them to some Good Will, or Salvation Army… I swear, I will come out of my grave! LOL I have lots of books that are in excellent condition, she would put them in a book sale for a dollar but would fetch much more on eBay’s book site. Sounds iike I’d better start to sell off some stuff myself!!

No, the stuff multiplies in our sleep! I am sure of it. I have yarn that I have no idea where it came from! LOL No elves… I think they are mating! ROFLOL (Tongue in cheek of course)

I do hope your friends come to help! At least you have them!

God’s blessing as you travel to your new adventure!
